NDA acceptance, on the record.

Sign the Sudarva platform non-disclosure agreement once and receive a certificate identifier and a PDF copy. Anyone you share the identifier with can confirm the acceptance here, without you sending the signed document around. Signing is by personal invite only.

1

Read the agreement

The full text is on this site — no attachment, no account, nothing to install.

2

Sign it

Your details, a handwritten signature, a photograph taken there and then, and your location.

3

Download your copy

A PDF of the agreement as you accepted it, with your signature and certificate identifier.

4

We approve it

Sudarva reviews the acceptance and emails you the countersigned copy. The certificate then reads as valid.

What a verification actually proves

Each acceptance is stored with the SHA-256 hash of the exact agreement text that was on screen, alongside the handwritten signature, the photograph, the location and the network address, and the whole record is sealed with an HMAC. A verification page reports whether that seal still matches, so an altered record cannot pass as a valid one — but it publishes none of the evidence itself. It states who accepted which version and when, not that the signer’s identity was checked against a government-issued document.
